Terms and Conditions
1. Welcome to By Han
Thank you for choosing By Han for your nails, lashes and brows services. These Terms & Conditions outline what you can expect from me and what I ask of you as a client. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
2. Bookings & Appointments
Bookings are automatically confirmed, however I reserve the right to decline any booking that doesn't fit my policies.
Please aim to arrive at your scheduled appointment time. If you're running late, let me know as soon as possible.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it may not be possible to complete your full treatment. The full appointment charge will still apply.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule, please give me as much notice as possible, this allows me enough time to be able to try and fill your appointment slot.
Cancellations, reschedule or no shows made with less than 24hrs notice will incur a 100% charge for the service. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48hrs notice will incur a 50% charge for the service.
All fees must be paid prior to booking any future appointments.
4. Patch Tests
For certain lash and brow services involving tints, dyes or other products that may cause allergic reactions, a patch test is required at least 24-48 hours before your treatment.
It is your responsibility to attend your patch test appointment. If you skip the patch test, I may refuse to carry out the treatment for your safety.
Patch tests help identify any potential allergic reactions before the full treatment. Your safety is my priority, so please don't skip this step.
5. Appointment Preparation
If you're booked in for any brow, lash or waxing services, please arrive with no makeup on the treatment area. This ensures I have enough time to carry out your treatment properly.
6. Payment
Payment is due at the end of your appointment.
I accept cash and bank transfer.
7. Satisfaction & Repairs
At By Han, my aim is to ensure every client is happy and satisfied with their service. If you have any concerns or queries, please don't hesitate to drop me a message.
There is a 7-day policy where nails can be repaired for free in the unlikely event there's an issue with your nails. Please remember - nails are jewels, not tools!
Refunds are not offered for completed services, but I will always do my best to address any concerns.
8. Your Data & Privacy
Any personal information you provide is used solely for booking purposes. I will not share your details with third parties or use them for marketing without your consent.
9. Health & Safety
Please inform me of any allergies, skin conditions, medical conditions or medications that may affect your treatment.
I reserve the right to refuse or stop a treatment if I believe it may be unsafe for you.
10. Liability
While I take every care to provide safe and professional services, I cannot be held responsible for any reactions or issues that arise from failure to disclose relevant health information, skipping patch tests, or not following aftercare advice.
11.Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available when you book.
